If you are unsatisfied with your Escent order, please download the form below, fill it out, and submit it to info@escentus.com. The standard guidelines below apply to all Escent orders.

Return Goods Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a filled out Escent form. Submit your request by downloading the Word form below and email it with photos to info@escentus.com.

 

30-Days: All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date.

 

25% Re-Stocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspect within 3 Days: All items must be inspected for damage within 3 days of receipt. We must receive written notification of any damage within 3 days by submitting an email to info@escentus.com which includes a description of the damage and images of the damaged product and outer box.

 

Return/Replacement Shipping: In case of goods damaged during shipping, if it’s necessary for item to be returned Escent will pay for return shipping costs. Escent will also pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If received prior to shipping, order will be voided with zero fees. If the item has already shipped an Escent for return must be submitted before the item can be returned.
